Today marked the start of this year’s fall job and internship fair in the LBJ Student Center Ballroom. Due to the high demand for recruits from Texas State, 136 employers have registered for it and they have expanded the event to two days. It is a great opportunity to network and meet possible future employers. If you missed it today, it will continue from noon-4 p.m. tomorrow.

Texas State’s radiation program has received the 2014 Volunteerism award from Be the Match, which is operated by the National Marrow Donor Program. The award is given to groups and organizations for their outstanding efforts to raise awareness about their missions. Texas State’s radiation program is ranked among the top radiation programs in the country.

A public meeting on San Marcos transit took place today to discuss transit changes in the city, from route modifications to a fare adjustment.
