Homecoming 2014: Texas State Gymnastics Club

The Texas State Gymnastics Club is a nationally ranked club team that was created in 1968. It’s one of the oldest club sports at Texas State. The team practices three nights a week and competes in the TGC (Texas Gymnastics Conference) and the NAIGC (National Association of Intercollegiate Gymnastics Clubs). Some team members also get the opportunity to coach kids in a program called Gymnkatz. This year, the Gymnastics Club participated in a Homecoming tailgate, where they kept up the Texas State spirit and also participated in handstand challenges by fellow students.
