Sometimes, it is easy to get in the rhythm of turning in assignments and completing your part on time; but then you get caught in a swirl of dates and responsibilities and before you know it, you’ve missed two assignments, your favorite show and forgot it was your friend’s birthday. Time management is something that is always mentioned at the beginning of the semester, but it changes constantly.

Writing lists can help in seeing what you need to do for that week. This list can include anything that may be on your mind for that week. Having laid out in one place is an easy way to keep track of what you should complete by certain days. Having a list is also helpful when you need to be flexible to complete new tasks. This is something to consider especially if you have a role in a project that is constantly changing. Having a set schedule doesn’t always work when your tasks are constantly different or when you are relying others. You could have “goal dates” or days in which certain components should be completed is a way to ensure that you are finishing tasks in a timely period.
Being flexible is also important to consider toward the end of the semester because it’s likely that more time will be set aside for studying and tying up loose ends of a project. If you schedule blocks of when you dedicate time to different classes, it will help in getting a better grasp on the amount of work that should be completed. Sure, you could set up all the dates of your exams and assignments, but you can only do so much for other commitments like work or social events. Self-control is prudent here because you can have a say in how much time you spend with friends or out and about. If you know that you’ll be working all weekend and have a major assignment due the next Tuesday then, you should plan accordingly.
It can become overwhelming to consider all the points to your life, but to be successful it helps to plan a little in advance, with the understanding that there is a possibility that it can all change. It is especially vital at the end of the semester because it is the easiest time for anyone to relax and loose motivation for school.

I went out and did the same thing; however, I also walked all around The Square looking for the best street style looks. It was not hard finding the best. Everywhere I turned, someone was wearing something super cool. […]
