Signing petitions to support the Black Lives Matter movement has proven to reach tangible goals.
After the Justice for George Floyd petition reached millions of signatures, the officers involved with Floyd’s death were all arrested. After Ahmaud Arbery’s death, a petition was created to pass hate crime legislation and it was successful.
Those who target victims based on race will now face more severe criminal penalties in Georgia.
Signing these petitions shows a commitment to something beyond that petition. You are one more name behind a cause.
Here is a compiled list of petitions to sign to further support the Black Lives Matter movement and demand justice for victims.
Don’t forget to share with friends and family and on social media to spread the various causes.

BLM is actually a very great movement because we are fighting for equality for the black community who have been killed for being innocent. Wanting to be treated equally is nothing bad, if anything MLK would be very proud because he supported doing riots for a good cause which is what BLM is. Either way, riots don’t happen very often, only 7% of protests are riots. So if you could rethink some of your thoughts about BLM and educate yourself with the right facts, that would be AMAZING. Thank you for your help!
