San Marcos city council revises downtown parking restrictions
By Ezekiel Ramirez News Reporter SAN MARCOS- On July 3, city council members approved a four-hour-parking restriction between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday in certain areas in Downtown San Marcos.
