The picture shows my friend Hayden’s MacBook screen as he waited in the queue to buy tickets to Taylor Swift’s upcoming tour, titled “The Eras Tour”. Ticketmaster’s website displays a message that reads “You Are Now In The Queue”, and a large number underneath that message informs Hayden that over 2000 people are in the queue ahead of him.
