The picture shows my friend Hayden’s MacBook screen as he waited in the queue to buy tickets to Taylor Swift’s upcoming tour, titled “The Eras Tour”. Ticketmaster’s website displays a message that reads “You Are Now In The Queue”, and a large number underneath that message informs Hayden that over 2000 people are in the queue ahead of him. An update to the right of that thanks Ticketmaster users for their “continued patience”.
