By Kendra Sells Hip-Hop Reviewer I sat down with Chief and TheDoomsDayDevice at Weird City Hip-Hop festival to discuss his contribution to experimental hip-hop. The San Martian performed on the Chapel Stage at the festival along with his mysterious DoomsDayDevice, a trunk equipped with pedals and other cool gadgets.
