 Preethi Mangadu Chief Editor of News The Texas State University Police (UPD) sent out a TXState alert Tuesday, alerting the TXST community of explosion threats in four buildings. The threats reportedly came from a stack of flyers that pinpointed Jowers, Theatre, Chemistry and Education buildings for the next three days.
