Texas State Considers Youth Agrculture Education Program

Hays County is looking to collaborate with Texas State University to transfer their Youth Agricultural Education service to the Freeman Ranch. The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is operated off of Interstate 35 on Civic Center Loop.
