– Winter Olympics— The U.S is in 2nd place in total medals won by any country and is in 5th place for most gold medals.
– This day in sports history— Back in 1998 the USA Women’s Ice Hockey team defeated Canada for the team’s first gold medal….. Michael Jordan turns 51 years old today!
