Texas State Baseball
– Coming off a non-conference win against UTSA this past week, the Bobcats took one out of three games in a 3-game conference series against South Alabama.
Texas State Softball– After dropping the series opener to South Alabama this past weekend, the Bobcats rallied to win the last two games. The Bobcats handed the No. 11 ranked Jaguars their first two Sun Belt losses of the season.

NCAA Men’s Basketball

#7 seeded UConn comes out on top of the #1 seeded Florida Gators 63-53 this past weekend in the first game of the Final Four.
#8 seeded Kentucky defeated 2nd-seeded Wisconsin in a 74-73 thriller
UConn will face Kentucky Monday night at 8:10PM in Arlington, TX

– The Spurs defeated the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday 112-92; the Mavericks beat the Utah Jazz 93-91 on Sunday to make their record 47-31 on the season; the Houston Rockets found themselves victorious against the Denver Nuggets in an OT-thriller 130-125; The Miami Heat defeated the Knicks 102-91 on Sunday; and the Indiana Pacers lost to Milwaukee Bucks 107-88 marking their 7th loss in their past 9 games.
NFL News– The Cleveland Browns pick up Nate Burleson from the Detroit Lions; The Denver Broncos reach a 3-year agreement with John Fox; Johnny Manziel is set to meet with the Oakland Raiders for a couple days this week
