Interview with Billy Hall. He will be honored in Bobcat Hall of Honor this weekend at the homecoming game. Played at Texas State from 1979-82, won 2 national championships. He was part of a 14-0 team and had a 60-4 career record at TXST. He also coached hgih school football in Texas for 26 years.
