National Signing Day 2016- Coach Withers’ First Class

National Signing Day 2016 delivered the same old frantic scrambling around the old fax machine as college football programs across the nation found out who would, or wouldn’t commit.
Although the scrambling around associated with National Signing Day was the same at Texas State University, there was certainly some anticipation in the air surrounding the first signing day since Texas State hired Everett Withers as head coach.
Withers was on Twitter all morning as letters came in, letting Bobcat Football fans know who had sent in their commitment to play for Texas State Football in 2016.
After the dust settled the Withers hosted a press conference to discuss the 23 new recruits as well as the recruitment process.
