Bobcat Radio Talks Baseball, Softball, Final Four and NBA

Ryan, Jonathan and Jason are back to host Bobcat Radio after Easter weekend and have plenty to talk sports topics to talk about today. The Texas State Bobcats baseball team suffered a devastating sweep against the South Alabama Jaguars in San Marcos. The Bobcats drop to 15-9 overall and 6-3 in Sunbelt Conference play. Listen as they reflect over the three-game series over this past weekend.

Ryan, Jonathan and Jason go more in depth with the losses to South Alabama. They take a look at player personal performances throughout the three-game series and try to depict what kind of team the Bobcats are this season. BCR also discuss the upcoming schedule for the Bobcats throughout the season and the upcoming matchup tonight against Sam Houston State. Moving on to Bobcat softball, BCR speaks about the games against UL-Monroe in which the Bobcats won the series 2-1. The softball team moves to 23-11 overall despite only being 4-5 in conference play.

Ryan, Jonathan and Jason continue the discussion on the softball team and talk about a tough upcoming schedule ahead. The softball team have a couple of tough match ups in the near future against UT-Austin and a two-game series against UL-Lafayette, the #5 team in the nation. Moving away from Texas State athletics for the day, BCR talks about the NCAA basketball tournament and the Final Four. Ryan, Jonathan and and Jason each give their takes on who they think will prevail and win the national championship as well as a quick look on college star Ben Simmons.

Wrapping up Bobcat Radio for the day, Ryan, Jonathan and Jason talk about NBA basketball and who can take down the Golden State Warriors in the playoffs. Including the Spurs historic season on the court and the Houston Rockets not so spectacular season on the court as well.
