Music Rewind: Dearly Beloved
By Aimee Huckeba
Podcast Producer
Music Rewind is a new podcast at KTSW that conversationally sheds light on the feats and careers of music legends that have long since earned their spot as a household name. Host Aimee Huckeba alongside Lexi Ashbury and Kaitlyn Watson aim to tell the legends behind the names, the little known facts, and the modern influence that timeless acts continue to have on every generation. Music Rewind is in the business of dissecting pop culture and what truly garners icon-status in a sea of talent.
On this episode, we talk the appeal of the man, the enigma, the symbol: Prince. As an eclectic force to be reckoned with, his legacy left us to reflect on some of the sauciest records of all time, his redefining of masculinity, and his overwhelming influence on pop culture.
