Bobcat Radio: Back to School Edition

Jude McClaren, Connor MacKinnon and Josh Orozco host Bobcat Radio for KTSW’s Back to School Broadcast. On the show, the guys and their producer, Garrett Martin, share details on the upcoming schedule for the Bobcats women’s soccer and volleyball teams.
After a short break, they dive in and analyze Texas State’s football team after tremendous fall camp coverage in head coach Jake Spavital’s first season as a Bobcat. They also share soundbites from defensive line coach Tremaine Jackson and tight end coach Morris Berger.
After giving an update on weather for the day, the hosts share a recorded interview with head coach Karen Chisum heading into her 40th season. She shares details about the opening tournament on Aug. 30 and 31, and key components of her team this year.
Finally, Martin shares the information he gathered on San Marcos High School football team. He shares audio from Rattler head coach Mark Soto and one of their senior cornerbacks.
KTSW 89.9 will be airing broadcasts throughout the semester for Texas State athletics and San Marcos High School football. Bobcat Radio will be aired on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the fall semester.
