Duncan Smith sat down with Other Side Drive Hosts, Katherine Robertson and Kyle Emmott, to talk about his web-series “Tales of Phantasmagoria”. Smith is the producer of the series. He and everyone else working on the project are Texas State University students. Smith shared how the series started, what viewers can expect and what the process was like. The series will debut Oct. 10, 2019.
