Imagine rows of shelves covered in rocks and stones surrounding you. Everywhere you look is full of shiny knick-knacks, tapestries and candles. It smells of incense and peace. You are greeted by a kind person who makes you feel welcome in a space that is new to you. Sound intriguing?

Stonebound Treasures labels themselves as an “enchanted rock shop,” with which I absolutely agree. They house everything from crystals, jewelry, and incense to journals and books. Store owner, Fawn Greg, handpicks every crystal and rock from gem and mineral shows across the country. She actively sources from other small businesses and avoids mega corporations to increase sustainability.

This picture is of the inside of Stonebound Treasures. The photo is very busy as it includes jewelry hanging from the ceiling, crystals on a glass case, and magnets on a spinning display case.

The staff allows for a lovely experience inside the store as well. Customers are greeted kindly the moment they open the door. I have seen firsthand the connections made between customers and staff, bonding over mindfulness, tarot readings and more. Some customers fancy their conversations so much they will spend hours in the store chatting.

Every fourth Saturday of the month, Stonebound hosts their Full Moon Makers Market. Vendors of many different crafts will set up outside the store offering things such as handmade jewelry, vintage clothing and tarot card readings. Applications to sell at the market can be found on their website, and I highly recommend applying.

Stonebound’s sister store, Herbs and Oddities, is another crystal and gift shop, offering similar items and experiences. Every fourth Sunday, they host their own market, which they call the artisan faire with, again, similar vendors and creatives. I highly recommend checking out both markets as they are a great time!

This is another photo of the inside of Stonebound Treasures. To the right of the picture is a display of incense and sage. To the left, is a display of singing bowls and colorful cloths. In the background, there are bookshelves displaying books and journals.

Along with the store and the markets, Stonebound Treasures hosts classes and events to further customers’ spiritual knowledge. Both stores offer classes such as collective tarot readings, an introduction to crystals and birth chart readings and analyses. There is also an intentional collage board event that takes place every new moon. The new moon is said to be the perfect time to spark new beginnings, so creating intentions is strongly encouraged. All events and classes can be found on their Instagram @stoneboundtreasures.

Furthermore, if you are in search of spiritual healing or in need of guidance, Stonebound offers services to help customers on their spiritual journey. Services offered include a tarot reading and intuitive guidance, which dives into customers’ subconscious on a deeper level. Customers can also experience a crystal healing and reiki session. This is great for those under a great deal of stress or looking to heal from trauma. Lastly, Stonebound offers a smoke cleansing and blessing service in which plants and incense are used to decrease stress and traumas as well. All these services may be helpful to anyone looking to work through difficult times in their lives and promote a positive experience and outlook.

If you are looking for a welcoming spiritual space, check out Stonebound Treasures and stop by Herbs and Oddities! You can find Stonebound at 1232 N Hwy 123, and Herbs and Oddities at 300 S CM Allen Pkwy.
