Above a set of automatic sliding glass doors, trimmed with evergreen steel, is a marquee reading “Upcoming”, “Ottessa Moshfegh 6/29”, “Zachary Levi 6/29”, centerfold and stacked upon each other. The marquee is hinged to the limestone brick structure of BookPeople. Just above the marquee, the second-floor windows have “Read” decaled 6 times along the base.
