Rachel High KTSW News The Hays County Commissioners Court voted Tuesday on a resolution asking the Texas Transportation Commission for approval on the newly adopted road plan. State and county officials say the $123 million dollar plan includes new and expanded highways and an eastern loop around San Marcos.
