Midwest Music Foundation was founded in 2008, and this foundation is a collection of different artists. Midwestern Audio Vol. 1 is a collaboration of all types of music, and ranging from Jazz to experimental; having at least something for everybody. This two disc set has amazing track like “Coming on” by Antennas up, and this indie track just grabs a hold of you as its joyous vide takes you away. Next, Everyday/Everynight’s track “Body electric” collaborates its track with how you feel because its sends this charge through your body with the use of the drums, and the in and out use of the guitar gets you moving. Grand Marquis is another artist who shakes things up, and switches the type of music to a classical jazz theme with the track “The Jungle”, and the use of the trumpets are just amazing . Disk two brings in a more punk tone, and introduces you to Schwervon with their track “Wake and Bomb”, and The Beautiful bodies with “You’re a risk”. These tracks both have that anti, and rebellious tone, and the vocals of the women singers help bring in that attitude. Midwest Music Foundation brings together a strong group of artists to support music musicians, and creates a unique, and amazing album.
