Did students know that there were Primary Elections this month?

Primary elections took place for the upcoming november midterm elections. I asked students if they knew about the primary elections last night?

“No, no,no,no,no,no”

Of the 50 Students I asked, only a handful of them knew that there were elections Tuesday, March 4 and only one person I talked to voted. Students explained why they did not vote.

“Don’t have time, busy with school, not informed about the topics,” students said.

Some students that did not vote in the primary election plan on voting in the Novemeber election
