Monday February 9

  • Open Mic Night at the Back Alley Comedy Lounge is at 10:30 p.m, with sign up for performing at 8:30 p.m.
  • Kent Finlay’s Annual 29th Birthday Celebration at Cheatham Street Warehouse. Thursday February 12

  • Texas State Women’s Basketball vs. UT Arlington at Strahan Coliseum at 5:30 p.m.
  • Texas State Men’s Basketball vs. UT Arlington at Strahan Coliseum at 7:30 p.m.
  • The Crooks are playing a show at Cheatham Street Warehouse at 11 p.m.

Friday February 13

  • Texas State Softball vs. Grand Canyon in the Century Link Classic Tournament at 3 p.m. at Bobcat Softball Stadium.
  • Texas State Softball vs. Texas Tech in the Century Link Classic Tournament at 5:30 p.m. at Bobcat Softball Stadium.
  • Texas State Baseball’s home opener vs. UC Davis at Bobcat Baseball Ballpark at 6 p.m.
  • Lucky in Love Gallery will be put up at the Dogseye Gallery at Eye of the Dog Art Center from 6-9 p.m. All works will be available for purchase. Featured local artists include: Margaret Adie, JoLea Arcidiacono, Peter Arcidiacono, Lisa Colucci-Kepple, Shane Cummings, Clay DeStefano, Madeline DeStefano, Todd Van Duren, Bridgett Hauser, Gery Henderson, Beverly Mangham, Billy Ray Mangham, Lisa McPike-Smith, Carol Schwartz, Diana Seidel and Jess & Jamie Wade.
  • Cody Canada with Kevin Welch at Cheatham Street Warehouse. Welch plays at 9:30 p.m., Canada plays at 10:45 p.m. Doors are at 8 p.m.

Saturday February 14

  • Texas State Women’s Tennis vs. Incarnate Word at the Texas State Tennis Complex at 10 a.m.
  • The 3rd annual Krewe of Okeanos Mardi Gras Parade will run down Belvin Street at noon. It is expected to last 30 minutes.
  • Lucky in Love Gallery will be open from noon – 5 p.m., with the same artists as the day before, at the Dogseye Gallery at Eye of the Dog Art Center.
  • Texas State Baseball vs. UC Davis at Bobcat Baseball Ballpark at 1 p.m.
  • Texas State Women’s Basketball vs. Georgia State at Strahan Coliseum at 2 p.m.
  • Texas State Softball vs. Texas Tech in the Century Link Classic Tournament at 3 p.m. at Bobcat Softball Stadium.
  • Texas State Men’s Basketball vs. Georgia State at Strahan Coliseum at 4:30 p.m.
  • Texas State Softball vs. UTSA in the Century Link Classic Tournament at 5:30 p.m. at Bobcat Softball Stadium.
  • Stewart Man & The Stateboro Review plays at Cheatham Street Warehouse with special guest Drew Fish Band.  The Drew Fish Band play at 9:15 p.m., Stewart Man & The Stateboro Review play at 10:45 p.m. Doors open at 8 p.m.

Sunday February 15

  • Texas State Women’s Tennis vs. South Alabama at the Bobcat Tennis Complex at 11 a.m.
  • Texas State Softball vs. Texas Tech in the Century Link Classic Tournament at Bobcat Softball Stadium at noon.
  • Texas State Baseball vs. UC Davis at Bobcat Baseball Ballpark at 1 p.m.
  • Excision’s Executioner Tour featuring Excision, Protohype and Minnesota at The Marc at 9 p.m.

Bookstore Blowout Spring 2015
