The 11 U.S. military personnel missing after an Army helicopter crashed in the waters off the Florida Panhandle last night are presumed to be dead. According to CNN, the military members were in a training mission when they were reported missing around 8:30 last night during foggy conditions. Searchers found debris on an Island near Eglin Air Force Base early this morning. The Air Force, Coast Guard and civilian agencies are still searching for the military members despite the heavy fog in the area.

Utah is considering the use of firing squad executions. According to BBC News, lawmakers in Utah have proposed resuming the use of firing squads if lethal injection drugs are not available. U.S. states, including Texas are struggling to obtain lethal injection drugs during a nationwide shortage. After several inmates took hours to die from lethal injections, states are considering alternative methods.

Former secretary of state Hillary Clinton addresses concerns about her use of private emails during a press conference at the United Nations on Tuesday. According to CNN, Clinton says that she used the private emails for her convenience at the time. She later admits that it may have been better if she used 2 different emails but she did not think it was a concern. The State Department ordered that Clinton turn over the private emails for independent review. The State Department will release the emails to a publicly accessible website after they are reviewed which will take months.
