At around 8 this morning the San Marcos Police Department responded to an indecent exposure report that happened off campus at the University Heights Apartment. The man was seen wearing a blue track suit and cap and had his pants down and fondling himself. The man is described as in his mid fifties with a medium build and roughly 5’8 to 5’11 tall. Law enforcement officials believe it is the same man who was involved with the indecent exposure incidents on Monday and yesterday. If you have any information you are asked to call San Marcos Police Department, or the University Police Department.
