Guerrero speaks on state aid and personal experience with #SMTXFlood

Due to the severe weather conditions that have hit the City of San Marcos, officials have been working closely with Governor Greg Abbott and emergency relief coordinators to combat the flash flooding and immense destruction that has taken place in Hays County.
Mayor Guerrero was not involved with the conference call that took place earlier this morning between Ken Bell and the State of Texas, but was briefed with Governor Abbott after the 2 p.m. Wimberley press conference.
Following a press conference that began around 4 p.m. and featured San Marcos Emergency Management Coordinator Ken Bell and Wimberley Mayor Steve Thurber, Mayor Daniel Guerrero spoke briefly about his personal experience with the #SMTXFlood.
