The 5th annual College Radio Day was celebrated on Friday, October 2nd. Hundreds of radio stations across the world came together to celebrate the unique medium, including KTSW-FM 89.9.
At the beginning of the 24-hour live broadcast, KTSW sent out this tweet:

At the same time, WOBN 97.5 FM‘s General Manager Matt Cole and Program Director AJ Williamson were scouring social media, looking for a radio station to call for live commentary on the annual holiday. After WOBN called the KTSW request line, KTSW’s own Program Director, Erica Tice, Music Director, Janelle Abad and Social Media Administrator, Jasmine Kardani answered questions on the Ohio station’s airwaves.
