MR Fest Artist Profile: Silo Road

Silo Road is a local Americana band from Austin, Texas. Formed in 2012, Silo Road stick to their Texas roots and perform good ol’ country music that resembles Willie Nelson and The Allman Brothers Band. They are a four-piece band led by lead singer Billy Broome and emphasize on well-written songs along with down to earth stories and harmonization within the group. They claim their music is “Americana forged and hardened in the musical hearth of the great Republic of Texas,” and there really isn’t any better way to put it.
