MR Fest Artist Profile: The Dizzease

The Dizzease are a four piece bubblegum pop band from Austin, Texas. The band is headed by Emily Kolb on bass and vocals, Bryan Roberts on guitar and vocals, Leslie Crunkilton on drums and vocals and Matt Wallace on keyboards and vocals.
Their latest eight song EP can be streamed on their Bandcamp. It has an upbeat, doo wop, twee quality. Their live shows take their music to another level; their high energy/fun demeanor engages the audience while dancing to each song. One of my favorite songs is “Grocery Store Girl” because of its catchy chorus and melo-rhythmic sound.
