Texas State University’s Student Involvement held its first Market Days of 2019 in late January. Market Days allows vendors to set up booths in the quad to promote their products and connect with students on campus. Student Development Specialist Kaitlin White said the vendor registration fees help raise funding for student programs on the Bobcat Trail near the quad.
White said the money from Market Days stays within Student Involvement for campus programs. These programs have included a ‘90s throwback, Stuff-A-Plush and a wind down event with massage therapists.
The next Market Days will be on Feb. 19. There will be more clothing and food booths from the San Marcos community.
