July not only marks the first official month of summer, but it also marks the official end of Pride Month, a celebration honoring the 1969 Stonewall riots in Manhattan.
While many see this as only a month-long celebration, members of the LGBTQ+ community continue to celebrate and express their gender identities and sexual orientations in the fight for equality and inclusion.
In honor of the many members of the community who continuously push for acceptance in the mainstream, members of our music staff and executive team put together a playlist of some of our favorite queer artists! The picks range from Kevin Abstract, Rufus Wainwright, Kim Petras and more, exemplifying just how diverse and inclusive the LGBTQ+ community is.
