Cold Case Brought To An End
The first person to receive the death sentence in Hays County in almost 20 years is awaiting execution. Former Southwest Texas State football player, Willie Roy Jenkins, was convicted of capital murder this June for the 1975 death of then 20 year old Sheryl Ann Norris.
