Hailing all the way from Fort Collins, Colorado, Von Stomper graced our presence in the KTSW studio on the 18th while. This band labels their music “American Roots Revival,” and that is completely accurate. With a sound similar to a modern rockabilly band, Von Stomper brings soul to every performance, and they didn’t waste a single second to get started jamming out in the studio starting with playing their song “New Orleans.”
Erica and Alec with Von Stomper
They showcased more of their music as well, both live and recorded, including “Troubling Mind,” “Sinking Ship” and an unreleased track called “Get Me Out of My Head.” You can check out and purchase their self-titled album on their Bandcamp. Von Stomper are currently on a tour and you can check the dates on their website, and don’t forget to give them a like on Facebook!
