“Lean On” is an electrifying tune with an exotic, tropical twist. Diplo’s Major Lazer collaborated with french producer DJ Snake, and Danish vocalist MØ, to deliver this new hit. MØ’s intoxicating voice surges over the thumping island rhythm. She kills the hook, “Blow a kiss// fire a gun// we need someone to lean on”//. Delivering powerful vocals throughout the tune, MØ brings the listener in from the first note.

DJ Snake posted “Lean On” on SoundCloud, where it’s currently featured on SoundCloud’s trending music page. In his caption of the track on SoundCloud, DJ Snake dedicated the song to all the fans. He wrote, “We’re humbled by the continually powerful and loyal support our fans give us every day and we wanted to dedicate this song to you guys. You’re the ones we lean on everyday to get through the good times and the bad times and we really appreciate the love.”
 
The first single from Major Lazer’s upcoming album Peace is the Mission, “Lean On” is  #11 on the US Billboard’s Hot Dance/Electronic chart. Peace is the Mission is set to be released in June.
 
Checkout the new music video released March 23, for “Lean On”. It’s a colorful bollywood-style music video featuring Lorde-esque dance moves from MØ, along with talented indian dancers and a nice jig from Major Lazer, Diplo and DJ Snake.
