The San Marcos Women’s Hall of Fame aims to recognize women in the San Marcos community who have shown exemplary volunteerism. Since 1984, there have been 128 women inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Marsha Moore, a committee member for the Hall of Fame and the Director of Professional Development for Human Resources at Texas State University, spoke with Girl Power on Wednesday, Sept. 16 on why the Women’s Hall of Fame is important for San Marcos and how nominations are made.
