On February 26th, KTSW teamed up with The Cypher in yet another collaborative effort to launch the second showcase of a new series called Underground Excellence. In this new series of events, held every last Friday of the month at Wake the Dead Coffee House, local artists get a chance to showcase their creative talents and artistry in a diverse set of acts including live DJ performances, Spoken Word/Poetry, Hip Hop and R&B performances and much more.
The second show included an amazing round of talented acts by Heye Minds, Zypherman G, Eli The Prophet, Rome, Closely Related, Jaylon Ashaun, Phlow, Sal the Sun, Brandn Smith, Jonah Vega, Lona, and last but not least DJ Chim3ra. Below are some pictures that were taken during the show.
