For you first time Mantra Love listeners, I can guarantee you their self-titled EP will have you putting the entire album on repeat.
From Houston, Texas, Mantra Love was brought together about a year ago when brothers Derek Silva and Fabian Silva jumped on the vocals and bass and Cody Boyer joined in as the drummer. With two brothers and their friend creatively collaborating in writing and mixing new music, Mantra Love allows themselves to transform as a multi-instrumentalist band.
Tame Impala and Pink Floyd’s influence channels into the psych-rock sound that they create as a whole. They are touring throughout Texas this spring and are playing at MR Fest in San Marcos on April 30. If you haven’t listened to them yet, check out their tunes on their Bandcamp.
