Trust is the word that has been swirling around in my head. It seems as if my intuition has it banging on my door like a desperate ex-lover. I’ve been closing my ears to it, of course, choosing instead to listen to the louder voices of my worries and insecurities. It is a dilemma I find myself in more often than not.
Our anxieties have a way of crippling us. They hinder our light and our ability to shine. I promise once you let those walls down, and embrace your vulnerable and pure intuition for what it is, which is a guiding light from God, you will witness first hand the magic that lies there.
This is so much easier said than done. As we embark on our day-to-day lives, with stimulants at every turn, it is so easy to be clouded. Your awareness is getting buried under a pile of to-do lists and second-guesses. I know it happens with me. Especially being a senior with an impending graduation, my fears tend to overwhelm me some days. Getting lost in your worries is almost effortless, but the work it takes to separate your irrational qualms from your rational ones is great. Despite this, it is paramount to your success and peace of mind.
Trusting in your path is vital to the heights you reach during it. Trusting that you don’t have it figured out and that’s okay because someone else does for you elicits such freedom from within. Learn from your past, but don’t let it dictate your future. Listen to your gut, trust it and grow from it. You are a budding flower in springtime primed for the rain of your spirit to guide you in the light. You just have to allow it to do so. I have so much faith in you. I want you to have even more faith in yourself.
