American Horror Story (AHS) is returning with a crossover that all fans have been waiting for. The Coven and Murder House crossover is finally happening! Ryan Murphy, one of the creators of AHS, tweeted that the mashup would be happening this year! If you’re a fan like I am, you know how big of deal this is! Season one Murder House and season three Coven were both great seasons! However, Coven happens to be my favorite season. That being said, I have high expectations for the crossover.
This is everything all AHS fans need right now. In addition, some of our favorite cast members will be making a comeback such as Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Emma Roberts and Kathy Bates. The show is set to air sometime in October. Hopefully some of our favorite characters return, but if not, we can expect Ryan Murphy to give us some great new characters. I won’t lie, I was not impressed with the last season of American Horror Story: Cult. It did have some interesting moments, however I didn’t really enjoy the season as a whole. I was confused for most of it. Hopefully, the season eight crossover will be way better than the last season.
Is anyone else excited for the trailer for season eight? Maybe it’s just me but I love the AHS trailers! They are always so thrilling to watch and it makes me excited for the upcoming season. The trailers for the show are always done w
ell and entertaining. The trailers also give a good insight into what will be happening in the show. This crossover concept is a unique spin on the show since it makes sense to bring some of the characters together. This makes me wonder if there will be any future crossovers. Can you imagine a Freak Show and Hotel crossover? I’m not sure how they would pull that off, but it would be an interesting thing to see. What season crossover from AHS would you want to see?
The writers of American Horror Story do a great job of keeping us on our toes. I am hoping for the same kind of intensity with this season. AHS never fails to give us dramatic plot twists and a good storyline. Once again, I have high expectations for this upcoming season. There’s a theory among some AHS fans that all the seasons of American Horror Story are connected. I wonder if this season will prove that to be true. Ever since it aired on October 2011, AHS has been keeping us wanting more. I wonder how the plot of the show will intertwine the Murder House and Coven plot. Is the Rubber Man going to show up in this season? Will Marie Laveau, and Delphine LaLaurie continue their rivalry in the real world instead of hell. So many questions that need answers, but I guess we will have to wait until October to find out.
