Jake Spavital Joins Bobcat Radio’s Semester Finale

Ladies and gentlemen, this is officially the last Bobcat Radio of the spring 2019 semester. I know, time just keeps slipping into the future just like Seal said in his 1996 hit single, “Fly Like An Eagle” off the “Space Jam” soundtrack.
The Monday crew included the usual Mark Brown, Deshaun Hartley and Connor MacKinnon. The crew discussed some updates of the Bobcat baseball and softball team during the first ten minutes of the show. After the commercial break at the ten-minute mark, Bobcat football head coach Jake Spavital called the show to discuss his expectations and aspirations pertaining to summer workouts and eventually the practices coming in August. The final five minutes of the show consisted of some NBA playoff talk along with myself, announcing my KTSW farewell statement.
I really enjoyed being part of the KTSW Sports crew. The past year with the sports department changed my life and I mean that in every way. Not only did this job open doors for me, but it also granted me some life-long friendships that I will forever cherish. It has been a great ride with KTSW and I can’t wait to see what my future has in store for me. This is Mark Brown signing off.
