06/23/20: Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

SAN MARCOS, Texas- The number of new cases has rose to 160 as of June 22, according to Community Impact.

The Hays county total number of cases is now close to 2,000 with 1,477 active cases. 14 people have been hospitalized and five have died.

Hays County Local Health Department reported that a Coronavirus spike in cases begun on June 8.
