Newscast: Thomas Ferguson Plant

Plans are moving forward to build a new 540-megawatt power plant on Horseshoe Bay to replace the old Thomas Ferguson plant. The city agreed in January with the Lower Colorado River Authority for a 3.25 percent interest in the new plant's energy production.
