Macie Stewart and Sima Cunningham, known together as Ohmme, are the Chicago-born and -based duo exemplifying the versatility of the electric guitar and its power when mixed with voices like theirs. In an over-the-phone interview, the two discussed with me their classical training, growing up in Chicago around other musicians (like Chance the Rapper), the inception of Ohmme and their current tour promoting their debut full-length album, Parts.
