By Brett Biermann KTSW Sports Reporter  SAN MARCOS, Texas - Texas State women’s basketball is hiring Chris Kielsmeier as its new head coach.   The Lady Bobcats finished the season a disappointing 11-19 under long-time head coach Zenarae Antoine. Coach Antoine stepped down as head coach after 15 seasons and holds the school’s all-time win total at 225.
